We want you to love your Veronica Beard purchase, but if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns of unworn, unwashed, and unaltered merchandise within 21 days of the ship date. Please ensure all original tags are attached and items are in their original packaging to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Follow the prompts to generate a prepaid UPS shipping label and print it directly from your browser or save it to your mobile device.

• 3.
  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place your items and the original packing slip inside the shipping box, then securely attach the prepaid return label to the outside.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized UPS location and keep your tracking number handy to monitor your shipment's progress back to our warehouse.
